When might a review be worthwhile?
A reduction may be possible where no surface water—or, under some charging schemes, a qualifying part of the site—drains to the public sewer. The exact rules and evidence requirements vary.

A large site may include areas that do not drain to the public sewer, particularly where charges are based on site area.

The charge has continued for years but the current or historic drainage arrangement has not been properly checked.
What to include in your email

Before sending documents
Please remove or obscure information that is not needed for the review, such as bank details, card information, account passwords or unrelated personal data. A bill showing the supplier, property, charging lines and relevant account reference is usually sufficient for an initial assessment.
